Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are governed by strict safety and regulatory requirements.
Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect products were supplied.
- Products were received in damaged condition.
- The delivered product differs from the confirmed order.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened products.
- Used products.
- Products not stored according to recommended conditions.
- Products returned without valid proof of issue.
Reporting Issues
Any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs and relevant order details.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on banking procedures.
